Payment Policy

All services provided by Digitat are subject to payment terms agreed upon before the start of the project.

• A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed project milestones or deadlines.
• Delays in payment may result in project suspension until the outstanding amount is cleared.
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Digitat are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.

If the client causes delays by failing to provide required content, feedback, approvals, or communication within the agreed timeline, the project may be paused or rescheduled.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued, even if the project timeline extends due to the client’s delay.

For example, if a project starts on a specific date and the client delays responses or approvals for several months, Digitat shall not be responsible for any resulting delays, and no refunds will be provided.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digitat retains ownership of all intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final deliverables.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or revenue resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Project delays caused by the client
• Third-party tools, hosting, or integrations
• Technical issues beyond our control

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall Digitat’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, performance, traffic, conversions, or business outcomes from our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
