These terms
These terms apply when you use digitat.in or work with Digitat, a software and growth studio in Mumbai, India.
By using the site or starting a project with us, you agree to them. A signed project proposal or contract can add to these terms; where the two differ, the signed document wins.
Payment
Projects are paid in three parts:
- A deposit, paid before we schedule the team and start work.
- Milestone payments, due as each agreed phase of the project is completed.
- The final payment, due before we hand over the final source code and files.
Refunds
Because a project reserves our team's time from day one, payments are not refundable once work has started.
Who owns the work
Until every invoice for a project is paid, Digitat owns the code, designs and other work we produce for it.
Once you have paid in full, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables described in your project scope.
Liability
We provide our services “as is”. We are not liable for:
- lost revenue or data resulting from a migration between systems;
- failures of third-party hosting, or changes and shutdowns of third-party APIs;
- indirect or consequential losses arising from a deployment.

Our free tools are provided as they are, without any guarantee that their results are correct. Check anything important before you rely on it.
