Hard parts.
fixHeavy image assets slowing load time
Implemented responsive images with srcset, converted to WebP format with JPEG fallback, added lazy loading with Intersection Observer, and used blur-up effect for perceived faster loading. Load time improved to 1.8s.
fixAnimation performance on lower-end devices
Used prefers-reduced-motion media query, simplified animations on mobile, implemented will-change CSS strategically, and used requestAnimationFrame for smooth 60FPS animations.
fixLimited client inquiry conversion
Added contextual CTAs throughout portfolio, created dedicated case study pages showing process and results, added client testimonials with photos, and simplified contact form to single step.
